Flexible Payment Plan

Appliances installed within 15 days of transfer, plus support for reporting and resolving any construction defects (Defect List).

Reservation: pay 2% of the price to secure your chosen unit.

Sales & Purchase Agreement: pay 28% within 15 days of reservation (payable over up to 30 days).

Progress Installments: pay 3 installments (15% / 15% / 10%) as construction moves forward.

Ownership Transfer: pay the final 30% and receive your home, with after-sales support beginning.
